Xiamen Yinhua Machinery Co., Ltd. was originally named Fujian Hongliu Machinery Factory. Its predecessor is 5105 project, which is one of the key projects of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee and Fujian Provincial Government constructing three small lines, under the instruction of the Central in 1965. It was located in Shaokeng of Yuanshan County Songxi Village Qingliu Town Fujian Province before. In 1971, the Ministry of Ordnance Industry decided to rebuild 5105 project to no-kick gun factory. The factory had been built since March 1971, and fully named Government 5357 factory, which was the unique factory in Fujian that was affiliated to the Ministry of Ordnance Industry. In 1979, it began with civilian product production. In 1984, it was moved from Qingliu County, Sanming City to Tong’an District, Xiamen City for the civilian production, and succeeded in inventing hydraulic cylinders product, with the true sense of the military conversion products.
