| We are a small company based in Moscow in 1998. As it is stated in the profile, what we actually do is assistance on export and import (ironing out difficulties, e.g.obtaining documents including the permission of the Ministry of Defence for twofold-purpose goods (NEK=dirictions of export control) (if needed). Our company acts as an importer/exporter of our client’s goods. It means that we work with actual buyer and actual seller, who don’t want or have no expertise in transferring goods over the state border, but have desire to buy/sell particular goods. When it comes to export, there is always great difficulty with tax authority and quite often with law-enforcement one, that can be solved only by an arbitral court. Our company has a huge arbitral practice. We take all risks associated with export of goods, stand for our partners’ interests when it comes to tax and law-enforcement authorities and Russian courts. On import, we undertake customs clearance and execution of required certificates. We always take into consideration the specificity of work and wishes of our clients. |
