· Both can offer construction/mini-perm, and permanent financing.
· Construction loans up to 18 months
· Permanent loans typically on a fixed 10 over a 20-25 yr. amortization.
· Current rate quoted 5% to 5.5%
· Typical timing, depending on completion of all exhibits, feasibility/viability study, appraisal, 90-120 business days.
