Product Description:

This machine is suitable for high speed steel cutting tools and carbide tools, processing all kinds of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and some non-metallic materials.

Portal frame
CK52E series CNC double column vertical lathe adopts double column and connecting beam to form frame type portal frame. About the post and beam material with high strength material tenacity low stress cast iron, after proper annealing treatment, body structure with box type structure design, high rigidity, so that the mechanical characteristics show resistance to heavy cutting ability and high stability. A telescopic stainless steel protective cover is arranged on the guide rail and the crossbeam guide rail of the left and right upright posts. The cross beam and column are treated by medium frequency quenching, the quenching hardness reaches 45~55HR
Worktable
CK52E series CNC double column vertical lathe table base with high strength, high rigidity cast iron material, improve stability, absorb vibration. Unique thermal symmetry structure, so that the table to achieve a smaller thermal deformation, to ensure that the work table can be a long-term stable work. The worktable is connected with the upright post respectively to make the overall structure of the machine tool more stable.
The spindle is provided with a spindle encoder to realize constant linear speed cutting.
The work table is provided with a T-slot, wherein the double T-slot used to install the chuck claw, single T-slot used to install auxiliary fixtures and other accessories.
Main drive system
The main drive is driven by a set of horizontal AC servo motor. The main motor is connected with the main transmission box through the elastic coupling. AC servo transmission adopts horizontal four - speed gearbox, which is made of various materials.
