Tubesheets are one of the most important components of Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers. These parts are usually made from a round flat piece of forged materials which are machined with holes drilled for the tube ends in a precise location and pattern relative to one another. grooving, and surface milling can be carried out exactly according to client’s drawings and specifications. As all of drilling activities is programmed computer and done by state of art CNC machineries, there would not be any possible mistake caused by human.
Baffle
Baffles are components of shell and tube heat exchangers which are used to support and fix the tubes in a defined position. There are different types of baffle configurations. The most popular type is the perforated plate in the form of a segmented circle. The segmental baffles are arranged so that the segmented section faces are disposed opposite to each other along a bundle of tubes at specified interval. No Tube in Window (NTIW) baffles, Helically-shaped baffles, full support baffle are other types that can be fabricated in our company.
Gear Boxes

Our line of gearboxes are available in a number of standard configurations, with a wide range of available ratios to provide maximum efficiency, even in smaller spaces. Our expertise with gearbox assembly along with our selection of supporting components.
