The heart of our system is a point-of-sale/inventory control software called PaperBricks.
PaperBricks is a flexible system that can be adaptable to other countries’ taxes, VAT and currencies.
The system includes the import/export function, where it can integrate with other databases such as,
• Customer Orders:
Reserve items from stock, reserve items from a purchase order, enter quantities of items required in a basket for later purchase, etc
• Supplier Purchase:
Direct linking with the supplier orders, automatic reservation items from the purchase receiving to customers orders, item distribution and automatic generation of the sales invoice of the reserved items, etc
• Return on Sales:
Automatic link checking with sales, direct checking of the returned quantities, possibility of defining return conditions by customer, item, genre, publisher, supplier, etc

• Supplier Orders:
Automatic import of items prepared in the basket for later ordering, direct purchase order from suppliers without using the customer orders, export purchases in DILICOM, Hachette, text, excel, etc

• Supplier Returns:
List of returns to suppliers, reports of items with slow stock movement, automatic link with Purchase/Receiving, etc

• Inventory:
Inventory is done in a normal day; the store doesn’t have to be closed, genre and location can be saved during the inventory, etc

• Point of Sales:
Instant effect on stock, simultaneous use of more than one POS, etc

• Catalogue Generation:
Diversified, complete and viewed in many formats, item’s picture, summary, description weight, etc can be viewed

• Sales
Multi-Currency, desired currency conversion, automatic Grouping of invoices by Currency, pre-defined sales conditions; Default discount according to the customer, supplier, item, address of customer, etc

• Wholesales & Distribution
Sales of items in consignment with stock management at the customer sites, packing of sold goods for additional control, packing lists by box, by palette for export purposes, single shot Mass Distribution, transfers between branches, import and export, etc
