a) Ring-spun (66,000 spindles): 100 % cotton combed Ne 16 to Ne 40---single & double.
b) Compact (10,000 spidles):100 % cotton combed Ne 16 to Ne 40---single & double.
c) Vortex (400 MVS drums): 100 % Viscose, 100 % Modal, 100 % cotton, cotton/Viscose. cotton/Modal in the count range Ne 20 to Ne 40---single & double
We are the only spinner in India manufacturing superior quality Vortex yarns on latest generation Murata 861 machines. Vortex spinning technology produces yarns with superior functional features, ideal for spinning 100 % viscose yarns. Fabrics made from Vortex yarns have superior features as below:
* Better pilling grade/Clean fabric appearance due to extremely low hairiness.
* Stability against deformation due to low twisting torque.
* Superior durability of garments due to Wash & wear resistance properties.
